No Email Today

For good reasons though

Hey everyone, quick note.

First, I’m mostly done with today’s email but between getting FB back and having an hour call with a prospective client (and needing to write a proposal ASAP), I’m not going to have this done today before people are mostly going to be offline.

Second, it’s finally time to use my Christmas present to make some stock. Which I’ve been looking forward to for almost two weeks now.

So ready for the stock to veggies to dinner to scraps to stock pipeline to come back.

Hope y’all have a good new years eve and I’ll see you bright and early tomorrow.

Or hungover and late.

Whichever comes first.
