Screaming Into The Abyss [Trenchant Edges Podcast!?]

It’s the end of January and this is the Trenchant Edges, a newsletter that exists.

Normally this is where I’d apologize for disappearing for a few months but we’re all a little tired and past that, I think.

I have this problem where I keep trying to come up with quick ideas that end up taking an order of magnitude or three more work than I thought.

So I figured we’ll do a little recess today. This is a test of me podcasting. Mostly it’s me ranting about the national security state and tangentially related to UFOs.

I would very much like your opinion of it. I can do more if people like it.

This is kind of part 3 of our UFO summer camp. Read part 1 here, part 2 here, and 2024’s disclosure post here. But it’s also kind of just a summary of two of them.

If that’s all you want, no need to read further but I wanted to talk a little about what all I’ve been up to.

Quicksand is Real And It’s In My Head

I’m on my fifth or sixth attempt at making a Disclosure update since the 2024 disclosure post and I keep finding new rabbit holes to crawl in and none of them are very interesting.

In desperation I’ve signed back up for twitter And completely lost the plot again tracing various influencers and holy shit it’s the same shit it was.

I’ve written like 7,000 words about all this and it’s all garbage. None of it is worth your time.

Again: You can spend your entire life studying this stuff and know just as much about aliens as when you started.

I’ve cursed myself with prophecy.

That’s fine.

Some things you can’t put a price on, like someone trying to convince people that Trump plans speeches six months ahead of time being named “Mark”.

The Epstein Files batch release yesterday hasn’t helped any.

Oh, don’t worry it’s just Pedophile Blackmailer Jeffery Epstein meeting with the creator of 4chan on the date the /Pol board was created, the board that was the nucleus of the alt right movement, Pizzagate, and Qanon. Oh, and Gamergate. I’m sure all this is unconnected.

Anyway, I’m going to give this one more go and then cut my losses.

I have mostly worked out the next phase of Trenchant Edges and we’re going to go down the other endless series of rabbit holes I’ve been trapped in over the last few weeks: The history of advertising and psychological warfare.

All this will in fact come back to Paul Bennewitz but I… don’t know how long that’s going to take. This is a deep, deep well.

Wrapping Up

Aside from persistent creative failure I’ve been doing pretty well and i hope you are as well, despite the uh no longer creeping fascism of the United States.

We should abolish ICE and a lot of other things.

In fact, I’ll bring you a spoiler here, we’re going to be talking a lot about how Behaviorism has been weaponized against the entire world by platforms like Facebook, Google, and Palantir and I doubt you’re going to be much more thrilled with them than I am when we’re done.

And we’re probably going to have to do some Epstein too given all the madness coming out.
